Check In: 3PM - 8PM

Check Out: 10AM

There is a digital lock at the front door. You will sent a unique code that will be only valid during the duration of your stay. We allow early check with at 1PM with an additional fees of $50. We also allow a late check out by 12PM for an additional fee of $50. Fees for a early check in and a late check out combined is $100. Early check in and late check out are only available if we do not have a same day turnover of guest.

House Rules

Smoking, pets, parties, loud music are strictly prohibited. Additional charges
for cleaning and replacement of damaged items will be applied for any violation of the rules.

Maximum numbers of adults allowed at this house is 14 adults. The top two beds of the bunk beds will not support the weight of an adult, only a child is suppose to sleep on the top bed of the bunk bed.

All guests should be at least 25 years or older unless accompanied with parents or legal guardians.

If you use any of the outdoor games and chairs bring everything back inside the shed after use.

If you use the firepit make sure it is watered down after use. Any damage caused due to improper handling of the firepit will be guests' responsibility and liability. Use the firepit at your own risk.

No food should be eaten in the carpet/rug areas or on the furniture. Guests will be charged for cleaning or replacement fees for any damage or stains to the carpet/rug or furniture that happened during their stay.

Your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property without refund for not following the house rules.

Remove footwear in the hallway, no footwear should be worn inside the house pass the front hallway.

Quite times are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outside gatherings during quite time.

We accept Zelle, Stride, or certified check for all reservations.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund if canceled before 60 days of check in, 50% refund if canceled 30 days before check in, No refund if canceled with in 7 days of check in.
